    The Working with Cancer initiative, launched by Publicis Groupe in 2023, is a global movement aimed at eliminating the stigma associated with cancer in the workplace and fostering an inclusive, supportive, and recovery-forward work environment. Central to this initiative is the Working With Cancer Pledge, which has united over 2,500 companies globally, impacting more than 35 million employees worldwide. The pledge promotes job security for at least 1 year for employees undergoing cancer or other serios long term illness treatment, personalized return to work plans and support for caregivers within the organization. The program is supported globally by companies like L’Oreal, Nestle and Pfizer. It was implemented in 2023 in Hungary as well.
